Online EKG Certification Program Recommendations?

Some of the jobs I'm interested in doing require or give preference to people with EKG certification or experience. Does anyone know of a reputable EKG certification program that is completely online? Or is in the Seattle area if it requires clinicals?

So far all I've found is one $1300 (books and tuition) program at San Francisco State.
