Please, Please beware those that want to attended Bryant Stratton College, upon entering the school, there is a placement test please, please before you go any further check and make sure you have passed every part. Ask right, then and there ask to retake the test because it will save you time and money. However, if you continue to go on and you did not pass you will have to retake the parts you failed. Especially English if you plan on getting into the nursing program. If you score low the second time you cannot precede in taking the Teas nor will you be allowed into they're nursing program; you will have to select another career. It sucks, but it is their rules just be CAUSTIOUS. And Every Bryant and Stratton is ran differently they do not operate the same I read several posts about, the ATI it is true. The location where I attended my class had to give up our room so the nursing students could take the ATI, one of the student I know stated that she need pass the ATI order to go into the next nursing class and it gave added point to pass the class she had been taking, those that did not do so well in class and on the final and the ATI will have to repeat the class unless this is their second attempt then they are out of the nursing program.
This entire post, blemishes & all, could serve as a cautionary tale for aspiring students who hope to be nurses at any cost.If your grammar or written skills are poor, please don't believe that a for-profit, expensive school is the only answer. Community colleges offer remedial English, written & math classes. They are budget-friendly and in the end, the best bang for your buck. Don't be fooled - the expensive school will make you take/pass just as many classes as the community college. They will just charge you more in the end.

Comment:
Dear roser13. What you stated was completely true, however in order for someone to get into the nursing program who wants to wait any where from 3 to 5 years for a position to open up in someone's local community college. Especially if you are already a nurse and only have a year in which to obtain your new license. It all a game and it suck.
