I had the same issue. I am formerly known as nursingstudent19, nurselovejoy88,and onlybyHisgraceRN. I have been a member for 8 years. Too bad the site makes me look like a newbie all over again.

I'm not understanding this....how does reformatting your computer have anything to do with your ability to log out and then log in with a valid username and password? I've reformatted my computer with absolutely no problem with this...? Have logged into public-use computers and logged in; that computer had never "seen" me before.Even if everything you had (cookies, memory) is completely cleared, as long as AN still has a membership for UserNameID and the matching password.....is there something going on that maybe we can help with?
