Staff Nurse + Doctor of Medicine Education

Hello Nurses! I love being a nurse, don't get me wrong, but some time, I think I wanted to venture into something different and I wonder if you know any institutions that supports staff nurses in venturing into being an MD? Like, the nurse can still work as a staff nurse while studying doctor of medicine? Thank you so much for the help!
I'm fairly certain that there are very few people who could handle the workload of medical school while also working (even part time). I have 2 dear friends just about to graduate from medical school and seeing what the demands are on them while in school, it would be virtually impossible to even work 1 day/week while also going to school. Why not consider becoming a NP or a PA? I am currently able to work full time while pursuing my NP part time.

Maybe if you are an experienced nurse working a little prn, but even that is doubtful. Med school and clinical requirements are more than a full time job. Unless you are a true star, managers are not fond of staff that cause endless scheduling problems.
