Foreign Nurse without training in the US

Hi Everyone,

I am a foreign RN who passed the NCLEX in the US 3 years ago, but I never worked as a nurse in the US yet. I am considering to start now, but am wondering if my nursing practical skills are OK. If any of you has any suggestions or ideas of how to improve my skills, I would highly appreciated. Are there any classes I could take?

A refresher course may be of help to you. Those can be taken through hospitals, or nursing schools in some locations.
