I am in my last semester of the RN program at the College of Southern Idaho. I have worked for an assisted living facility as an LPN for about 3 1/2 years. I have been offered a position as an RN there once I finish school. I will be supervising LPNs and CNAs and doing initial and quarterly assessments. Do you have any advice for me about supervising?
