NICU in IL

I have been a level 3 NICU RN (BSN) for the last 8yrs in CA (SF bay area) and may be moving to Northern IL (Mchenry Co). I am having a hard time finding accurate info regarding what to expect in regards to which hospitals are best, pay, benefits, etc. Any info on this topic would be greatly appreciated.
