NEW JOBS

I am a registered nurse , currently working as a home care nurse ( more than a year). Now, I would like to work in hospital settings . I have applied at so many places( applied as a new grad or residency /experience nurse) .Most of them do not consider me because I do not have hospital experiences. I have looked job in VA, DC and MD area. I have my BSN . Can someone please give me any idea how do I go further ?

Have you applied to all hospitals/hospital systems? I can think of a couple in MD (That I have previously and/or currently work for) that hire nurses from home care and nursing homes. Look at the community hospitals especially. Have someone review your resume...Maybe there's something missing? If you have a chance to take ACLS, that may make you more marketable.
