Need CEUs STAT!

I would like to know what company or companies that offer excellent courses for CEUs. I know the NTI is awesome, but unfortunately that is not going to work for me. I am on my second attempt to re enter the nursing world and I am rusty. (time off, raising children, then on my first reentry attempt, breast cancer. now ready again). I am not sure what area I will reenter into, so general information is great.I am taking a refresher course through UNC and my local AHEC, but other courses offered are woefully sparse and months apart. Any help given would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
