Dialysis vs ICU

Hi I am torn between ICU and dialysis. I have experience in ICU 3 years and 1 yr in med surg, and m planning to apply either ICU OR dialysis. I'm interested in dialysis, and I'm going to start a family soon. I feel like dialysis gives you an extra time to have a life , compared to ICU. I'm currently living in NY. Can anyone recommend a 1199 facility that's a dialysis center? Or ICU , any suggestion will be helpful. Thanks!
