New LVN Grad

Hello, I'm a new grad and am in a delima about which job to seek. I've been an aide for a very long time and mostly in the hospital setting. I feel my skills as far as acute/critical care is an A+. A dialysis center has called to set up an interview and so has a nursing home. I'm still working at my hospital as an aide PRN. I am not sure which I should go for? At this particular nursing home I would be doing Medicare assessments because the have medication aides. I would of course to the tube meds but that would be it. I'm thinking dialysis would give me more skills.

Any advice would be helpful.

if i had been hired by the dialysis site i applied at 25 years ago, i wouldn't have the chronic back pain i got as a result of the job i took. go for the dialysis gig. you will learn alot!!!
