Anderson Hospital

Does anybody out there work for Anderson Hospital in Maryville,IL? Interviewed for an ICU position there and would just like an honest evaluation of the work environment. I'm already employed full time elsewhere and want to be sure I'm making a wise choice before mentioning it (or giving notice) to my employer. I'm not just looking for another job, I'm looking for a place to spend my career, so it has to be a good fit. Any information would help.
