Outpatient RN salary

So I've been out of college since May 2014. And I've been working at a preschool as a teacher assistant for the past three and a half years. I've been applying to RN positions for months now and nothing back, until I received a call back from a local clinic in jersey city, nj . I'm a new grad with no nursing exp. I never received any calls for internships or jobs throughout college. Which puts me in this dilemma that I am in right now. Should I take the position? And what do you think my starting hourly rate or salary would be?
