Acute I/P Therapies

Can someone clarify for me what acute I/P therapies are? I'm unfamiliar with the term, and have not been successful in finding the answer myself.
Can you provide some context for how the term was used?I'll also take a guess while I'm posting - acute InPatient therapies?

I've seen it in the context of job listings, and I didn't recognize it as a specialty and never saw it termed like that as unit at the hospitals where I worked.Your guess makes sense though! Which I guess it's just another term for what is called inpatient rehab?
