Bloom's Taxonomy style questions

I'm curious about what type of question this would fall under regarding Bloom's Taxonomy: Knowledge, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, synthesis, Evaluation.

"Which statement by the client regarding his new Warfarin regimen would require a followup by the nurse?

1. " I need to avoid green leafy like spinach and cabbage."

2. " My medication dosage will be determined by my lab results."

I only posted two answers to give an example and obviously choice 1 is the correct answer.

Now would this be considered a difficult question or not is the question.

The Bloom's taxonomy classification does not always correspond to the level of difficulty of the question in general. Bloom's taxonomy and difficulty level are not conceptually the same thing -- even though for a single bit of knowledge or topic, the lower levels of the taxonomy should/must be achieved before the "higher" levels would normally be possible. When dealing with an entire exam ... some of the evaluation questions on one topic could be easier than some of the application questions on another topic.The difficulty level of a test question is usually conceptualized in terms of how many of the students answered the question correctly. A question that everyone answers correctly is considered an easy question and a question that a lot of people get wrong is considered more difficult -- regardless of the type of mental processes tested by the question, which is what Bloom's taxonomy is all about.On first glance, I would consider the question you asked about to be primarily an application question. Does the student recognize the patient's statement as something that requires follow-up?
