CHOP Nurse Aide jobs

I just applied to the BSNExpress program at Villanova for entry in May 2016. I am looking for some kind of patient care tech or nurse aide job for the year in between. I have applied numerous times at CHOP and have had no luck, despite having being a certified nursing assistant with 2 years volunteer experience in their med/surg and oncology/BMT units. Anyone have luck getting a nurse aide job there? Do they only hire off of experience? I called the nurse recruitment office today and they said my application was under review and that someone would contact me if I fit the position. Any advice for getting this job (or any job- no luck at HUP or Main Line Health either)??
