LVHN new nurse residency

I'm starting a new nurse residency at Lehigh Valley Cedar Crest this month and was wondering what other people that have been through it thought about it? Was it a good experience? Were there things you didn't like? And most importantly, what was the schedule like? Is it mon-fri for the entire residency? Do you get to do 12 hr shifts or is it mostly classes and workshops?
I am actually scheduled to do a group interview with LHV on April 24th. Did you go through this interview process with a group? How was it and did it actually last 3 hours like it states in the invitation? Also, what types of units are they actually hiring for...I am only interested in NICU?Any additional info about the process would be greatly appreciated...thanks!!!
