Primary Care Oncology NP Program?

I am an RN really hoping to become an Oncology Nurse Practitioner, however, I do not have specific oncology floor nursing experience. Therefore, I am looking for a Primary Care (Adult or Family) Nurse Practitioner Program that has a specific oncology concentration where I can learn specifics of chemotherapy pharmacology, etc.

Do you know of any schools that offer this? The Oncology Nursing Society used to have a list but I am not able to find it anymore!
