Anyone know about Piedmont Geriratric Hospital in Virginia?

I know it is a Behavioral Institution.

What would like for someone fairly new only with 4 months of experience on med surg floor?

Retention/turnover rate?

Patient to Nurse Ratio?

Overall, is this a god place to work or is it a burnout unit pretty much?
