Memorial Hermann vs. Texas Children's TMC

Hi everyone!

I was recently offered pediatric positions at both Memorial Hermann and Texas Children's hospital at TMC. While both have their pros and cons, I am very torn between the two. Does anyone have input on theses hospitals? I know they are both amazing and some of the best in Texas, but which do you feel is better for a graduate nurse? From my understanding, the Memorial Hermann job is a general pediatric position and the Texas Children's is on the neurology unit.
