Rural Nurse Applicants

Hi I am Just wondering what are some of the best places to post my job ads for Rural AZ and CA nurses. I've been recruiting in this area for years and nurses are hard to find.

The usual, craigslist, which I think is free. I also like indeed, career builder, and monster. That about handles internet. Another idea is the employment department website. Unfortunately, the CA EDD website changed and I don't bother with that one anymore because it is totally not user friendly.
