NO call from phone interviewer?

I have had a few recruiters call and set up an interview. When the time comes for the interview I don't recieve a phone call. This has happened with two different hospital systems. Also, I had a very good, successful, confident interview with a different hospital system and had an "unofficial job offer." The next Monday I recieved a call from the recruiter that I didn't recieve a job offer. I asked why I didn't recieve that position and I didn't receive an answer. I have called and emailed, just a few times these places and it is like I am being ignored. I wish I knew what the reason is. I know I don't have expeirence, but if that is the reason why won't the recruiter say so. I feel upset because I want to know why. I had an earlier post that I thought I was on a "black-list" If I could go to the source and find out I wouldn't be confused asking why on this site.

You can only get an answer from the recruiter themselves. "Is this a definite phone interview, or a potential one?" And as far as a "verbal" offer of any kind, until you have a written offer letter in hand, it is not a given. And mostly, on the VERYYYY last day, someone in house decides that they would like to apply for a transfer. Or a per diem wants to go full time....could be any number of internal workings.I am not sure why you feel as if you are blackballed if you have not worked as a nurse before. But perhaps to try smaller community hospitals may be a better place to begin.It is notoriously hard for new RN graduates to get any calls back. I would also have a professional look at your resume and cover letter and see if there are some changes that can be made to make your resume stand out effectively.Best wishes

I remember when I only had just a few years of nursing experience it was difficult for me to get any calls back. Even after interviews. I just kept trying and eventually was able to get a different job. I learned so much from those interviews and interactions with different agencies or hospitals.Just keep trying OP.

I'm just wondering only because. Say for instance, out was an in person interview, it's as if I show up and the interview doesn't.
