Job placement after graduating from southwest to comm college

Hello All

Has any of the graduates of the southwest tn comm college nursing program found jobs? Also which places or clinics in Memphis hires nurses with an associate degree? I read that the nursing credits do not transfer if one wish to pursue a BSN. I will research more about that though...thanks
