Newark Beth Israel vs St Peters Hospital in NJ

I wanted suggestions on which is a better hospital overall. I have two job offers, one at beth israel in Newark in PICU. Other if ER dept at St Peters University Hospital. I have med surg/tele experience and my dream is PICU, but which hospital is better overall in terms of career, orientation, benefits?
You are better off accepting the PICU positing at Newark Beth Israel. I have friends that work there and say you learn a ton of information working with pediatric population since it's an inner city hospital. I don't know much about St Peter. If you don't mind me asking, where do to live?

thank you lemmy. I just relocated to Central Nj with my husband. I only have until this week to decide and have been struggling which position to accept. I have experience on med sure/tele floor, but I come from a small inner city hospital with not much experience. I know ER and PICU are both critical care, but I wanna do well through orientation and get the best experience possible. Any other useful tips for BETH?
