Conflict among the staff

My name is Sarah, I'm a nursing student taking a leadership and management course. I'm training in king faisal special hospital.

My question is about: Conflict among the staff. What could a leader do in such a situation that occurred in the unit? And can the manager be involved with this situation? What procedures would you recommend to prevent such an occurrence.
