HRSA (Nurse Corps Scholarship)

Hi. I'm trying to get an insight on this scholarship. So please respond if you are a recipient or if you applied to this scholarship. What are my chances of getting this scholarship. I'm a full time nursing student in a Baccalaureate program, and have no federal or state debt. I also have an EFC of $0, and I don't have an existing service commitment. (I'm in the National Guard though, but it doesn't count as a service commitment)
