Plse help I got confusion!!

Hi friend I got job offer in 2 different hospital on in medical surgical another on telemetry. As a foreign nurse I have no idea best place to work that will help in future. Actually I don't know what did telemetry nurses need to do
Comparing futures with both is rather moot. Both are med surg but one has tele so you might have patients with cardiac issues.I would go with telemetry because they will send you to a rhythm class.
