El Centro College Dallas Medicals

Hi, can someone do me a favor by breaking down all the medicals (physical exam, tuberculosis screening, hepatitis, etc.) for the El Centro nursing program?
If you will, please list them in their order. And how early it is advisable to turn them in to Sentry MD, given that I am applying for fall 2016.
