Is your nurse call system great? Does it suck?

Hello everyone. One of the organizations I'm affiliated with has asked me to help them look at nurse call systems for potential changes.

What systems do you have? What do you like about them? What features do you find necessities? What ones are helpful but not absolutes? What ones are pretty cool but you could survive without?

Even if you don't know the system you use, what do you like or dislike about the system you use?
