Transfer jobs??

Hello!! I am a new graduate nurse who started in October in a residency program that is finished this October. I am unhappy with the hospital and location and am looking to transfer jobs as soon as I can. What is the general consensus about how much experience is needed to change jobs already. Would it be difficult to find a job with one year of experience? Any input is greatly appreciated
