RN pay for home care

Anyone around Indiana that can give me an idea of the going rate per visit for RN's in Indiana. I happen to work for the worst company in the world, paying 20.00 per visit and only a mere 31 cents per mile. I have a few interviews next week and wanted to have an idea of what was truly acceptable (only took the current one PRN while I was a returning student, so now I am looking for full time). I appreciate it!! Google is not helpful with this topic.
