If you have a 'puter, you probably have some version of MS Office on it. I can't afford MS Office or I'd offer to help. I use the free equivalent Open Office. At work I've designed fairly complicated staff scheduling and patient tracking systems just for fun. Geeks R Us. Comment:

Bummer, to far from El Paso. If it's OK with you send me your email to [email protected] in case I can come up with and idea. Any computer clubs locally? Meanwhile I'd start a paper file system, divide the patients between each day per week you work. Each day check the file for those patients to see what you need to do.
