Certified Nurse Aide

A lot of the time I feel under appreciated. I have no clue where to go next in my career and with my new full time job I am afraid I won't be able to get back into school. I love what I do but I am so confused about where to go next and what specialty I want to go into to. I now work at Shenandoah Center in WV as a CNA but still. I want to be something more.
Next step up would be getting into nursing LPN or RN.There is also medical assistants but they usually work in Dr. Offices if that would appeal to you.Though getting into a new line of work will not garentee that you will be more appreciated just be next step in education and performance.Also what about something like ultra sound tech for something different then nursing
