I had a job offer last May 10 for a position at Kaiser.. im still waiting for the background check.Anyone who has an idea how long does background checks take? Thank you!

Actually, none of the above is correct. it depends on what agency they went with and how common your name is.People think there is this magical database where everything is connected with your social security number, but there is not. There is more to background checks and sometimes it has to do with how they are conducted...database searches are quicker than original court searches, but are less accurate.
