FL Hospital Celebration vs. Orlando Regional Medical Center

Im relocating to the Orlando area from South Florida. I've currently interviewed with Both hospitals and got offered a job with both. I do not know which one will provide a better work experience as far as pay, benefits, locations, traffic etc ect....

They both are big beautiful places to work and seem to have very nice employees however just wanted some insight on each location.
