Vaccines and fever

I have recently learned you can administer vaccines when patients have a fever. My question is how many of you do this and what are your thoughts on it? I know some feel differently about live vaccines than others. The CDC guildlines state you can hold off if they are experiencing illness. Do you personally still administer?
No. Why? Vaccines aren't emergent. They can be done another day.

Comment:
I prefer giving vaccines day of discharge. They are not urgent. If a patient spikes a fever I want to rule out the vaccine...
