Lpn job options in the New York City area

I see that the local LPN schools claim to have about a 70% success rate in placing students in "related occupations" (except, oddly South Westchester BOCES which claims 30%).My questions is: what type of job can new grad LPNs expect realistically? Graveyard shift in a nursing home? Or something easier? And what type of salary? $15 an hour? Or much better??Thank you so much! I'm desperate for a decent job.
Most places will not put new grads on night shift. Too much responsibility will be placed on the new grad and will be hard to adjust as taking the role as a nursee.
