new nurse--need job close to Los Angeles

Hi, I am a new nurse. I graduated with a BSN in July. I have been working in an ER where I live in Alabama. I love the ER and my job. Unfortunately, I have to move to California to the glendale/LA area and have not been able to find a job. I have applied to multiple jobs but havent gotten any interviews. Im afraid to move without a job but need to get out there soon. Are there any travel agencies that will take new nurses out there or does anyone have any advice?
