What is the hiring process at Mission Hospital in Asheville NC?

Hi there everyone! I am new to the boards and was wondering if anyone has been through the interview process at Mission Hospital in Asheville,NC? I am a CNAI and have been called by HR to interview for a position to speak with the DON on the floor I applied. My question is this... Is this a multiple interview process? I live outside of Charlotte,NC and am wanting to move back to Asheville. I just wanted to know if once I interview with the Nurse Manager if I will be offered a position at that time or is a drawn out process with multiple interviews? Any info would be appreicated! Thanks
