dissapointed

So I graduated last year and have been working med-surg, critical care, and it's just not what I thought. They tell you you'll have to do many things at once, they mean like fifteen and at the same time answer the doctors questions???? Maybe i'm just not cut out for this?
I feel like my licence is on the line everyday.
Hang in there! I'm sure you're a great nurse! At one point or another I think we all feel a degree of what you're going through. Any particular reason you picked that unit rather than another?
