Difference between home health cna and rehab nurse tech?

I currently work full time as a cna for a home health agency, but I'm looking at applying to a rehab hospital. The rehab hospital is a block away from me and hiring rehab nurse techs.
My job is all over the place for my hours, driving distance and shifts. Sometimes I have 15 minute shifts, but I mostly have 15 hour shifts. I'd like to have job with normal hours and consistency. I also work for a wide range of clients, but I mostly do hospice. I sometimes lose a whole week of work because of a client's death (I'm glad they are at peace though). My shifts focus on one client the whole time so I don't know what it's like to work for multiple people during a shift.

What are the duties of a rehab nurse tech, how different is rehab compared to home care and is it extremely stressful?
