Anyone Have ANY Info on Retreat Hospital in Richmond VA?

I was recently offered a position at this hospital on the MedSrug floor, Pay is pretty good, but I have been unable to find any information about employee satisfaction. If you have worked there or currently work there, please let me know your views and opinions. It is a small HCA hospital, I would just like to know a little more before accepting the offer. I have a good feeling about the place, but I could be wrong lol.. Thanks in advance !
