Finding a job as a graduate nurses isn't as easy as I expected it to be. Unfortunately, I don't have any tech or any other hospital employment experience to help set me apart from other applicants. I've researched different ways to help my resume look better, and this is what I have so far. Any tips or suggestions to better improve my resume and to make it stand out more would be greatly appreciated!

Do you have any volunteer work you can add? Or maybe while you are looking for a job you could volunteer somewhere like your local Red Cross or health clinic. Also- if you've already passed the nclex I would add your credentials after your name at the top. You might want to also put when your cpr certification expires. And if you have the time and $ adding anything extra to your resume might help (like ACLS or PALS) Hope this helps!
Comment:
I would recommend formatting it according to how the HR tells you to (each hospital/hr may ask for specifics). Otherwise, work on post-graduate things to add (acls, pals, bls, tele cert, any classes or cmes you can add).
