Hospital Job Vs Community Health Nurse

Hi Everyone,

I really need help in deciding about my job. I recently graduated and obtained my RN License. I have been offered two jobs. One at Bellevue Hospital and one as Community Health Registered Nurse.

I am really confused which one to pick as I find both the jobs very good for new graduate. Community Health Nurse pays slightly more than City Hospital with all benefits. I know the stress level is higher at the hospital but at the same time I feel the job would be more secured at the hospital. I would love to hear any suggestion or advice to help me decide on this decision.

You should have some idea of what areas of nursing interest you, from your nursing school clinical rotations. Go that route.
