Second Full time job

Hi! I am just wondering what are your thoughts about having a second full time position in the same hospital or organization.Is it a wise decision?No overtime pay they will use different job codes.
Seems like a recipe for disaster. I've worked one full time (3 12's) job and a second job as an agency RN and frequently worked 3 12's there too. However, with my second job, I always had the option to say no. This allowed me to get sleep, take a break, enjoy a few days off when I needed it.
I am currently working now 6 days a week and I am really used to having 2 jobs I am just hesitant to have it all in one organization I hate people talking about my hours and they can be intrusive.Thank You TraumaUS for your thoughts.
