How is the Phoenix AZ job market for new grads

I'm going into 3rd semester next month and all I hear is people talking about how they can't find jobs! When I look online it seems like there are alot of places hiring. I am going for my associates but plan on going for my BSN online right away. Everyone keeps saying I don't have a chance of getting into a hospital as a new grad is this true?
I graduated in December 2011 and very few of my classmates found jobs in a hospital but some did. Most of them were already working.in the hospital. I would still apply to hospitals but don't limit yourself to just hospitals. Some of my classmates are still looking for jobs. I was lucky and found a job in LTC. Research interview techniques and work on your resume and stay positive!

Hi [COLOR=#003366]mo1222I too am going for my BSN. Are you doing yours at ASU? Have you started yet? I will have my RN in May and am chomping at the bit to get out in the field and start working.
