Weekend Option in St. Louis

Hi! Does anyone have any information about pay/benefits for weekend option employees in St. Louis hospitals? I know that most hospitals around here don't off weekend option anymore, or are trying to phase it out. However, I see postings from SLU Hospital almost weekly offering weekend option day and/or night positions and I'm just curious about the perks. Anyone have any info about cost of benefits and salary?
I know that slu hospitals weekend option is 10 dollars an hour more than whatever your base pay will be. They also give 2/3 of future tuition if you go to get your masters or doctorate. Hope that helps!
