Non-clinical jobs suitable for Nicu nurse

Hi, im a nicu nurse in a hospital in abu dhabi for 4 years now and im getting more than average salary. Opportunities are overwhelming i see but unfortunately the working condition is not that good. We do 12-hr shifts and most of the time we are understaffed, so patient-nurse ratio goes beyond what is proper. Im really stressed out and i get sick often since i started and i wish to shift to a job which is non-clinical but somehow related to the medical field. Can you suggest anything, perhaps medical insurance related or that sort if i would be eligible. I dont mind getting lower salary as long as im happy and not too stressed especially now that im starting a family.
