Needing a change

I have been a pediatric nurse for 25 years and have always worked in a hospital setting. I recently left the hospital and am working part time. I now finding myself wondering what I'm going to do with my career.
I have an ADN and a BS. I have considered taking this opportunity to go back to school and get the BSN which is rapidly becoming the minimum requirement for RN positions. But I also feel like an MSN would be a smarter, more economical move. Although I have no interest in management or teaching .
I miss the technical aspect of bedside nursing and feel like I'm not ready to give that up, but also want to make a decision that will set me up for the future as well. I have been on several medical mission trips and love the idea of global health/ public health but also am not in a position to move out of the country! My husband has a wonderful job that we need financially. Any advice?
