aprove to take direct CNA exam after fail NCLEX How to prepare

I am in Austin texas. I failed my nclex exam. to become a CNA in texas, I have to fill up the application. I found the application form to apply for take CNA exam without taking full CNA course. If my application approve then how to prepare my self for CNA exam. How to pass CNA skill exam? Can I do only CNA skill training, does the college provides this opportunity ?
I am worry for skill test... I am international nurse. please help me. I know my English is poor.
Why not regroup, study harder, take a Kaplan NCLEX review course (or one of the other ones) and sit again for NCLEX?
